Launcher opens a website, you hit launch and then you only get redirected to a site where you can again download the launcher. Trying out the suggested Valofe Launcher did not help either because that "launcher" is sending us around in circles. I contacted Valofe an only got some random help advice that did not at all help, then they imminently closed the ticket that i could not even answer them back so they would actually get to the core of the problem. With my wife's account i got an error on the page and her characters did not show up anymore. With my account i had no problem and could imminently log into my characters via steam again. I migrated both accounts over the provided Valofe website for steam migration. Well i guess this mmo is over for me and my wife. Questions will be entertained on tickets and discord. We highly advise you to spend all the GCoins that you have on your account and once done, then we can have your account transferred to your Steam Account.
